The above listed costs are UW-Stout fees and are additional to API's program fee. All billable totals are paid to UW-Stout (including the API program fee).
PROGRAM FEE: Up-to-date API program fee totals are posted on the API website. The items included in the API program fee can vary slightly from program to program but typically covers tuition and fees, housing, registration, orientation, airport pickup, welcome and farewell receptions, official transcript, cultural excursions/activities, student support services, API onsite staff support and API administrative costs. Exact items included in your program can be referenced on the program website.
e-STOUT FEE: Cost is based on 12 credits.
UW-SYSTEM INSURANCE: CISI Insurance is calculated based on 4 months.
PERSONAL EXPENSES: This includes the additional travel you will do during your program in addition to other sundries.
HOUSING: You will work directly with API to arrange housing at your host school.
MEALS: Includes any meals not covered in the Program Fee.
API Confirmation Payment: The confirmation payment is contributed to the full program fee.
