Travel Registration
In order to be in compliance with UW-Stout's Safety and Risk Management protocol, all faculty and staff traveling abroad must complete the following three items at least two weeks prior to departure:
- Submit a Travel Registration:
- NOTE: If the location(s) of your destination does not appear, please email studyabroad@uwstout.edu and provide the city/town/village name(s) and country(ies). Advisors will add the location(s) to the system and then you may complete your Travel Registration. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to be updated.
- NOTE FOR STUDENTS: Students traveling abroad who are not receiving academic credit for their trip must also register their travel plans. For students attending a credit-bearing program, you do not need to complete this registry. After applying for and being accepted to a UW-Stout study abroad program, students will be enrolled in CISI insurance, and will be encouraged to enroll in the State Department’s STEP during pre-departure orientation.
