Accommodation: Regents will guarentee housing for students. Most students will be placed in on-campus housing with the choice to stay in a triple, double or single rooms (prices vary accordingly). With the growing number of participation some students may be placed in off-campus halls which may come at a higher price. Early applications are given priority.
For students staying in on-campus housing, a meal allowance (£80 per week) is included in the accommodation cost, and is issued on student’s ID cards. This is a declining debit system and can be used to buy any item of food or non-alcoholic drink from the food outlets on campus. Students can top credit up on their own cost. The meal plan does not guarantees three meals a day; it’s the student’s responsibility to make the budget last. Unspent amounts cannot be carried over to the next term and cannot be refunded.
Regents University London takes full advantage of London's historical sites and cultural attractions by planning numerous cultural activities each term as part of your international education. Several courses include trips to landmarks and attractions which are specific to your area of study.
Regents also sponsors a variety of weekday activities, including theatrical presentations, concerts and walking tours. Additionally, they offer guided weekend travel to other European cities that have, in previous terms, included Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Madrid.
Scheduled trips and activities vary from term to term. You will receive a detailed packet highlighting the opportunities available during your term of attendance.
Passport: Students will need to have a passport study in England. The current passport fee is $135. If you already have a valid U.S. passport, be sure to check the dates of validity – your passport must be valid six months beyond your return date.

To help you to prepare for your semester abroad the Office of International Education has created semester budget sheets for your reference. These budget sheets are only an estimation and actual expenses may vary depending on changes in currency exchange rates, tuition increases, airfare and personal spending habits. We suggest that you set up a personalized budget to follow for the duration of your program. To view the estimated budget sheet please click here.
We strongly encourage you to print this budget sheet, and set-up a meeting with your financial aid counselor early during the application process to discuss how you will be paying for the program. Students who are eligible for financial aid may use such aid to help pay for all of the costs outlined on the budget sheet. Give your financial aid counselor a copy of the budget sheet for your program so your financial award can be adjusted to take into account the increased costs.
