Can I afford it?
Students pay UW-Stout tuition and fees on many study abroad programs. University financial aid is adjusted for eligible students, in order to accommodate for study abroad costs. There are also many scholarships for students looking to study abroad.
Featured Semester Programs:
Netherlands - Arnhem Business School (Exchange) Arnhem Business School offers an international business program. The school is situated in an important region for international trade and is one of Europe’s prime economic locations.
United Kingdom - Lancaster University Lancaster University has won international recognition for the quality of its teaching and research. With a view of the sea, the campus is surrounded by the beautiful English countryside, yet is only three miles away from the bustling city of Lancaster, England. The school is ranked 2nd in management schools in the United Kingdom, and 8th in research.
United Kingdom - University of Stirling The University of Stirling is ranked amongst Scotland’s best universities for teaching and research. The University’s location and history provide a strong community feel and has been ranked among the top ten Universities in UK.
United Kingdom - Westminster Business School (Exchange) WBS is a major provider of high quality business education located in the heart of London. The school is highly cosmopolitan, reflecting London’s demographic diversity and its role as a host to visitors from around the world.
Netherlands - Fontys University (Exchange) Fontys University offers high quality programs that combine theory with practical experience. Teaching is carried out in a small-scale environment so that attention is focused on a student’s personal development.
Finland - TAMK and JAMK (Exchange) JAMK and TAMK are located in Finland. Both schools provide internationally competitive higher education to meet the needs of business life, society and each individual student.
Featured Short-Term Program:
China - Operations Management This program implements an international component for the Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Management and Independent Study in Operations Management courses. This new study abroad program will be taught in China through UW-Stout instructors. By taking this course, students will learn how to develop supplier, manufacturing and distribution systems in a global setting.
